What information do you need from me to sign up? Other than completing our online signup process, we don’t need any other information from you. Anything we need, such as your photo, mailing list, and other information we’ll request during our activation process.
Do I provide you the list of addresses to mail? Yes. However, if you want to mail to a geographic farm, we can acquire the addresses for you for free if you don’t already have that list.
Do you set up an entire year’s worth of Custom postcards up front? Yes. Our goal is to make your marketing as automated as possible so you can “set it and forget it.” To do that, for our Custom cards we have a simplified process to create a year’s worth of postcards with minimal involvement on your end when we activate your account. Once approved, we’ll mail them automatically throughout the year.
How frequently do you mail? We can set the mailing frequency to most any frequency you desire. Most agents typically mail either 12, 18, or 24 times a year.
What is the minimum number of addresses I must mail? Our minimum is 75 addresses.
Do I get to proof the postcards before they go out? Yes. If you are using our Custom cards we send them to you for approval once we’ve created them. If you sign up for our Generic cards we have placed links on this page to review and approve them before signing up.
What size are the postcards? Jumbo (6 x 8.5), printed on high quality, glossy, 100lb cover postcard paper.
Do I get a copy of the postcards mailed to me? If you want copies of the postcards mailed to you, just include yourself in your mailing list when you provide it to us.
How long does it take for a postcard to arrive in the mailbox? Usually around 2 to 2.5 weeks from the time we process them.
What is the landing page mentioned in the video? When we use StealthTracker to identify sellers, when homeowners respond we send them to a landing page branded to you with the information they requested. If the information being offered on the postcard is to learn what their home may be worth, we do not provide a home valuation on the website — we have them complete a short CMA form that is emailed to you so you stay in control of the value you want to set with them. Additionally, we can also direct homeowners to your personal website instead of our landing page if desired.
Do I pay extra for printing or postage? No. Our price includes all costs — printing, postage, mailing, everything.
Are there any long-term contracts? All postcards are offered on both a month-to-month basis and a discounted term basis. You can make those decisions when you sign up.
