Frequently Asked Questions
What information do you need from me to sign up? Just your personal branding information, your photo and log. Once you complete our online signup process, we’ll contact you for anything else we may need.
Do I provide you the list of addresses to mail? Yes. However, if you plan to mail to a geographic farm we can acquire the addresses for you for free if you don’t already have that list.
How frequently do you mail? In the signup process you get to choose your frequency. We typically recommend either 12x or 8x a year.
What is the minimum number of addresses I must mail? Our minimum is 100 addresses. However, marketing for listings is a “numbers game” — the more addresses you target the more likely you are to get a listing sooner.
Do I get to approve the postcard content before they go out? Yes. Each postcard is shown at the end of the above video exactly as they will be when they are mailed. Be sure to review the content there so you can approve it. Postcard content is not editable except for your personal contact and branding information.
The video mentioned sending Just Sold postcards. Can you help with that? Yes. Included in our ListingGrabber service is our Just Sold “Repeat Marketing” service that lets you email us when you have a new SOLD and we’ll automatically mail it to your ListingGrabber list.
What size are the postcards? Jumbo (6 x 8.5), printed on high quality, glossy, 100lb cover postcard paper.
Do I get a copy of the postcards mailed to me? Yes. In the online signup process we request your home address so we can include you on the mailings.
What is the landing page mentioned in the video? When using StealthTracker to identify sellers, when homeowners respond we send them to a landing page branded to you with the information they requested. The content on the landing page is shown in the video, and we can edit it for you at your direction.
Do I pay extra for printing or postage? No. Our price includes all costs — printing, postage, mailing, everything.
Are there any long-term contracts? No — ListingGrabber operates on a short, 3 month recurring term contract. You can cancel at the end of any term with a 30 day notice.
