What information do you need from me to sign up? Nothing but your information. Once you complete our online signup process we’ll contact you for everything else we need to customize your postcards to you.
Do I provide you the list of addresses to mail? Yes. However, if you want to mail to a geographic farm we can acquire the addresses for you for free if you don’t already have that list.
If I target my personal contacts list and only have a name and email (or phone), can you provide the home address? Yes. We use an outside service to manually research online your contacts based on name and either an email or phone number and append their home mailing address. This service is usually successful matching an address to about 90% of the records researched. Cost is $45 per 100 records researched, with a minimum $45 fee.
Do you set up an entire year’s worth of Custom postcards up front? Yes. Our goal is to make your marketing as automated as possible so you can “set it and forget it.” To do that, we create a year’s worth of postcards with minimal involvement on your end when we activate your account. Once approved, we’ll mail them automatically throughout the year.
How frequently do you mail? We mail once a month with the co-brand special.
What is the minimum number of addresses I must mail? Our minimum is 75 addresses.
Do I get to proof the postcards before they go out? Yes. We’ll send them to you for approval once they are created.
What size are the postcards? Jumbo (6 x 8.5), printed on high quality, glossy, 100lb cover postcard paper.
Do I get a copy of the postcards mailed to me? Yes. In the online signup process we request your home address so we can include you on the mailings.
How long does it take for a postcard to arrive in the mailbox? Usually around 2 to 2.5 weeks from the time we process them.
What is the landing page mentioned in the video? When we use our custom cards that incorporate StealthTracker to identify sellers, when homeowners respond we send them to a landing page branded to you with the information they requested. The content on the landing page is part of the customization process you can review and approve before mailing.
Do I pay extra for printing or postage? No. Our price includes all costs — printing, postage, mailing, everything.
Are there any long-term contracts? All postcards on our co-brand special services are offered on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice.
